The development of these pads starts from the collaboration with several professional cyclists, whose advice and suggestions push us to take the performance of our articles to the limit. Furthermore, the combination of an aggressive and anatomical design and the search for innovative materials ensure constant comfort and efficiency.
Our range “STRADA” is made up of a mix of high quality materials: various layers of multi-density polyurethanes are added to an antibacterial, breathable and soft hand-feel fabric.
The reticulation process of the foams makes the pad completely breathable as this favors the evaporation of sweat and liquids towards the outside. The high elasticity of all these components greatly increases the comfort of these products compared to traditional pads.
MTB
The world of mountain biking immediately gives us a sense of freedom and adventure if we think about the destinations that can be reached thanks to this cycling discipline.
However, this requires suitable equipment, especially when we consider the more inclined position of the body compared to road cycling and the bigger pressure on the back of the saddle.
Our MTB chamois are made of antibacterial, quick - drying and soft hand - feel fabrics.
The combination with our high - density reticulated polyurethanes make the athlete's performance comfortable even on rough terrain, paying particular attention to the ischial area.
TRIATHLON
The "SAN MARCO PADS" triathlon pads meet the requirements and characteristics that every triathlete needs to face long competitions divided between cycling, running and swimming.
Together with our testers we have developed a design aimed at offering extreme comfort in the various aerodynamic positions that the athlete assumes and helping the rapidity of transition during the “transition zones”.
The high - density reticulated polyurethanes used in the production of this range are extremely breathable and allow a quick drying after the swimming phase.
The high elasticity of these materials also guarantees great freedom of movement throughout the performance.
Our research and many years of experience in the sector has led us to develop the SMP4 technology, a multilayer compound made up of 4 reticulated polyurethane foams of different densities and thicknesses. These are joined by a PUR glue bonding process with a micro-point structure in order to allow complete breathability between the layers of the compound.
The quadruple interface between materials of different densities maximizes the support and comfort of the pad, as well as an extreme elastic return of the foams between the saddle and the buttocks so as not to dissipate the efforts applied by the cyclist.

- Wash the garment before use after purchase
- Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate program at 30 ° C / 86 ° F
